Terms of Service

PCS OS™ ("the Service") is an operating platform provided by Pivotal Carrier Services ("PCS," "we," "us") for managing dispatch, compliance, customer relationships, finance, and related operations. The Service is provided to PCS staff and to customers invited to the PCS OS Customer Portal. By signing in to or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Access and accounts

The Service is invite-only. Staff accounts are provisioned by a PCS Owner or Admin; customer portal accounts are provisioned by PCS and accessed via an emailed invitation link. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes related to your relationship with PCS, and not to attempt to access data, accounts, or organizations you are not authorized to view.

3. Third-party integrations

The Service may connect to third-party providers you or PCS authorize, including Google Workspace (sign-in), QuickBooks Online (accounting sync), and Supabase (file storage). Your use of those providers through the Service is also subject to their own terms. PCS is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

4. Data and ownership

Business records you or your company submit through the Service (company information, documents, invoices, and related data) remain your property or PCS's property as applicable. PCS retains audit logs of activity within the Service for security and compliance purposes.

5. Termination

PCS may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account used in violation of these terms, or when a staff or customer relationship with PCS ends.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is." PCS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
