Who must register for the Clearinghouse?+
Any employer of CDL drivers, owner-operators, and their designated C/TPAs. Employers must run a pre-employment query and at least one query per driver per year.
How often do I run queries?+
A full query before hiring each CDL driver, and at least one limited query per driver every 12 months. We help you stay on schedule.
